How do I rent a space?+
Choose a space on our Storage & Pricing page, enter your info, e-sign the rental agreement and pay online. You'll get your gate code and move-in instructions by email right away.
What can I store?+
Boats on trailers, RVs and motorhomes, travel trailers and campers, utility trailers, cars, trucks and golf carts. Vehicles must be registered and insured. Living in a stored vehicle isn't allowed.
Do you offer discounts?+
Yes. Prepay 6 months and save 5%, or prepay 12 months and save 10%.
How does billing work?+
Your card or bank account is charged automatically each billing period. You can update your payment method, download receipts or cancel anytime from the Pay My Bill page.
What happens during a hurricane?+
Our lot sits on high ground, at 14.8 ft elevation. We also publish a Storm Plan every season. When a named storm threatens the coast, we text tenants with updates and access information so you can move or secure your vehicle. See our Storm Plan page for details.
